Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your SoPoly purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Authorization (Required)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
To request an RMA:

Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of each package to avoid processing delays.
Return Shipping

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery

If original packaging is unavailable, customers may provide suitable packaging or contact us for assistance

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed after inspection

Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for refund processing.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Take clear photos immediately, including packaging and product damage

Email photos and your order number to claims@sopoly.com
Once reviewed, we will promptly arrange replacement parts or a replacement product, as appropriate.
Delivery Definition
For return eligibility purposes, delivery is defined as the date the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.
