Shipping & Returns Policy

When Will My SoPoly Furniture Ship?

At SoPoly, every piece is made to order and shipped once production is complete. Current estimated ship dates are displayed on each product page.

Small & Medium Orders

  • Items such as Adirondack chairs, side tables, and accessories ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground

  • Most items arrive sub-assembled for easy setup.

  • Tracking provided once your order leaves our Georgia facility.

  • Delivered without a signature, discreetly at your front door.

  • Standard transit time: 2–5 business days.

  • Dining and counter sets may ship in separate cartons (chairs and tables can arrive at different times).

Large Orders & Sets

  • 7–9 piece dining sets and deep seating collections are shipped using our LTL Carriers. 

  • A phone number is required at checkout for delivery scheduling.

  • If no phone number is provided, we will contact you by email until delivery is arranged.

Shipping Notes

  • Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and other remote destinations.

  • Severe weather or natural disasters may cause unavoidable delays.

  • Some remote or ferry-access locations may be excluded from free shipping.


Return Policy

We want you to love your SoPoly furniture. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns made within 30 days are subject to inspection before refund is issued.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • If original packaging is unavailable, you may provide your own or contact us for assistance.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please email claims@sopoly.com to request one before sending your return.

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of each package to avoid delays.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, take photographs immediately and email them to claims@sopoly.com. We’ll quickly send a replacement part or product and ensure the issue is resolved.
