When Will My SoPoly Furniture Ship?
SoPoly furniture is made to order and ships after production is complete. Your estimated ship date is displayed on each product page and may vary by item and season.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $15 per item

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery locations (see exceptions below).
Shipping Methods
Small & Medium Orders (FedEx / UPS)
Common examples include Adirondack chairs, side tables, and accessories.

Ships via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground

Most items arrive sub-assembled for easier setup

Tracking provided when your order leaves our Georgia facility

Typical transit time after shipping: 2–5 business days

Packages are typically delivered without a signature

Dining and counter sets may ship in multiple cartons (tables and chairs may arrive on different days)
Large Orders & Sets (LTL Freight)
Common examples include 7–9 piece dining sets and deep seating collections.

Ships via LTL freight carrier

A valid phone number is required at checkout for delivery scheduling

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment

If a phone number is not provided, we will contact you by email to arrange delivery
Freight Delivery Notes

Delivery is typically curbside / threshold unless otherwise stated

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access (driveway clearance, gate codes, etc.)
Shipping Notes & Exceptions

Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and remote destinations

Some ferry-access or remote locations may be excluded from standard shipping rates

Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions may cause unavoidable delays

If we are unable to ship to your location as entered, our team will contact you before processing your order
Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please verify shipping details at checkout, including street address, unit numbers, and phone number

Address changes requested after shipment may result in additional carrier fees
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged:

Take photos immediately (packaging and product damage)

Email photos and your order number to claims@sopoly.com
We will promptly assist by sending replacement parts or a replacement product when applicable.
