By accessing or purchasing from our website, https://shop.sopoly.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our site or placing an order.

3. Products and Availability

We manufacture all products to order unless stated as Quick Ship or Ready to Load.

  • Product images are provided for reference and may show optional color combinations or accessories.

  • Because our furniture is handcrafted from recycled materials, slight variations in color or texture are normal.

  • All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders placed through our website or approved dealers must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept all major credit cards and approved digital payment methods.
Dealer orders may require separate terms or credit approval.

5. Freight and Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery or another SoPoly-approved carrier.

  • Delivery times vary by region and program (Quick Ship 1–4 weeks; Standard Lead 4–6 weeks).

  • Freight Cap Program: Orders meeting the program criteria ($2,000 minimum, knocked-down shipments only) qualify for capped freight rates.

  • Assembled or custom orders that do not qualify will incur standard freight charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and inspecting shipments upon arrival.

6. Returns and Cancellations

We stand behind every product we make.

  • Standard orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Custom color combinations or engraved items are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving approved returns.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at sales@sopoly.com for authorization and instructions.

  • Cancellations after production begins may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Warranty

SoPoly products carry a 20-year residential and 5-year commercial warranty against structural failure, splitting, cracking, or excessive fading under normal use.
Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse, improper assembly, or acts of nature.
Warranty claims can be submitted via sales@sopoly.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

SoPoly is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or share customer data without consent.

10. Dealer and B2B Sales

Authorized dealers are subject to separate agreements, pricing tiers, and freight programs.
Dealers must maintain compliance with SoPoly’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes will be resolved in Dodge County, GA.
